Hmm, does the method of "download" make a difference, e.g., streaming vs. an actual download. After all, I could download something, but never listen to it.

I suppose that gives rise to the following question:

If a .wav/MP3 file is downloaded from the Internet [IF A TREE FALLS], but nobody listens [IN THE FOREST], does it still make a sound.
