I would be very interested in seeing a copy of your casebook, since I have in the past tried to prepare one covering much the same issues, and more, and have found it impossible to keep it up to date. (I probably am trying to do much, especially as my course is not limited to intellectual property issues -- even though those, along with free speech, are my major concerns -- and there are no prerequisites for the course.)

I would also really like to get my hands on a digital version of the CONTU report, but have never been able to find one. I suppose it is too much to hope that your Appendix version of that report is in digital form.
