Thanks to you and the other posters for the help. I think she hasn't brought suit yet because she's an artist who is afraid of lawyers. She also does not want to seem like someone who is trying to stop other artists. But she is clearly hopping mad, and after I pass on some of the comments from the list she may change her mind.
