Yesterday (Tuesday, Apr. 20) was the scheduled date for oral argument in the Supreme Court case Florida Prepaid Postsecondary Education v. College Savings Bank, No. 98-531. This is the case over whether a state may claim sovereign immunity for patent infringement (and, by implication, for trademark or copyright infringement).
Anyone know anything about how the oral argument went?
