The University of DAYTON School of Law's Tenth Annual Advanced Computer Law CLE program:
COMPUTER and CYBERSPACE LAW
June 11, 1999
University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio
The Program in Law and Technology at the University of Dayton School of Law focuses on intellectual property and computer law/cyberspace law. The School of Law offers eight courses in intellectual property law and three courses in computer law/cyberspace law. It is among the leaders in the nation in its course offerings in these areas.
For the past nine years, the Program has organized Advanced computer law CLE programs and is proud to do so again this year.
This CLE program features nationally-recognized faculty
(including Andy Johnson-Laird, Kate Spelman, Christopher
Millard, and David Hayes).
Topics addressed include copyright developments for computers and cyberspace, patenting of business methods, trademark and jurisdictional issues in cyberspace, Y2000 issues, and doing business online.
For a full listing of the program schedule, see http://www.udayton.edu/~lawtech/cle1999.htm
Some people believe that this CLE program is one of the three or four best computer law/cyberspace law programs in the country each year.
The low cost to attend the one-day program ($340; even less if registration is made by May 21) certainly makes the program an incredible bargain. And the low cost offered to participants by the Crowne Plaza Dayton Hotel ($89 per might, single or double if registration is made by May 21) helps make the total cost quite reasonable.
The program is sponsored in part by the following very generous sponsors (order determined by lottery):

COMPUSERVE INTERACTIVE SERVICES, INC.
an America Online Company
FENWICK & WEST, LLP
