Marquette University also asserts ownership over studnet inventions made with use of "significant" University resources. However, we are interpreting "significant" to mean only those resources not usually available to all students or not available by virtue of one's status as a student. Thus access to the University computer lab is not significant; grad student access to specialized engineering and science labs would be.
