Would be interested in any feedback. The ILL librarian attended a video conference on Copyright and feels like the changes will impact copies made by the Microform department.
"I was telling Marsha about copyright and ILL. That raised the question -- does she have to make a copy of the copyright statement every time she makes a copy for one of our patrons (not ILL)??? For ex., she makes a copy, from microfiche, of an article from a recent TV Guide. Does she have to make a copy of the copyright statement and give it to the patron?"
Has anyone else heard anything about this? Do you think having copyright notices posted covers copyright responsibility? Any input will be appreciated.
