Please everyone, check the changes mandated in section 108(a)(3) which now requires libraries to use the real copyright notices on copies the library makes instead of the old stamp: Notice, this work may be protected by copyright.
The only time that stamp should be used now is when the copyright holder fails to include a notice on the work.
