Yes. FWIW, my understanding is that two new acts will be voted on sometime in the Fall. One is the UCTA (Uniform Computer Transactions Act) and the other is the UETA (Uniform Electronic Transactions Act). The UETA is strictly a "procedural act" which deals with the procedures to follow to make an electronic transaction enforceable as a binding contract.
