My husband and I recently went to an auction and bought what may be an original Picasso. It is the Bird of Peace -- Branch and it was bought by the auction house from an art gallery that went bankrupt. The piece was bought in Belgium. The back of the picture has the copyright "s.p.a.d.e.m. paras". We found, in your forum, that spadem is a French copyright that represents artists. Is this true? What are the chances that our Picasso is an original? Please e-mail me as soon as possible at debrock98[_at_]yahoo.com.
Thank you very much,
Mevrouw Debrock
