Wait a minute. These statements are taken out of their contexts. When they are placed back in their proper contexts, it is not hard to square the statements.

I really do not agree that the language is the source of problem. Our English language is able to clarify any gray area. The problem is people such as some judges who create bad laws, some lawyers who misguide judges, some Congress people who are guided by their love of money and power, untrained people who misinterpret language, and so on.
