I am trying to find a good site address to learn about clipart copyright laws. I have specific questions. Can you, or anyone you know, answer them. I am creating my own personal website, and want to incorporate old 50's and 60's pinup art in my home page and as buttons. I am not selling anything, just showing my work and how to get a hold of me. If I don't sell anything, and give credit to every photograph, or artwork I use, by artist name under their work, can I legally use it. I am actually helping advertise for them, sort of. Any ideas?
