Its not so hard searching actually. Using the PTO Boolean search capability one can enter the word "sound" in the field "description of mark." That search picks up 59 registerd and pending marks that consist in part of a sound or for which the word sound is a part of the description. According to the database as of this morning H-D's sound mark application is still pending and opposed. Application s/n is 74-485223.
