Agreed. I know someone who registered a band's name and is charging the band everytime they use it. I would hate to think what this person could do with someone's personal name. Also there are quite a few of us who have the same name as someone else -- how does the Trademark Office handle these situations? Whoever registers first?? Does the loser have to change their name?? :-)
