I would be more concerned about the accuracy of the transcription and the potential for someone to misspeak, creating an unfair impression. Any speaker who is unhappy with your product may assert all sorts of claims.
Why not circulate the discussion transcript for approval and include a simple statement of permission to publish it in your reply form?
