I have recently been engaged to handle a case that may involve a defense of sovereign immunity to a claim of copyright infringement. I'm aware of the College Savings Bank decisions that involved patent and trademark infringment. Does anyone know, off the top of his/her head, whether there are any recent cases that address the sovereign immunity issue in the context of copyright infringement or any other recently decided cases, like College Savings Bank, that may tangentially affect this issue?
