No, you aren't hallucinating. I also saw something about the McDonald clan suing McDonald's. I'm pretty sure it was on 60 minutes -- I remember watching someone on 60 minutes interviewing the McDonald clan. (Either that or I'm hallucinating.) Not sure if its a true case or just a 60 minutes human interest story.
