granting / contracting web-site rights

Dear members of the copyright list,

I am the presedent of a business association in France.

One of our activities is international (in several foreign languages) web-site development.

We work out conceptions and strategies of on-line promotion as well as some particular web-site development techniques.

My question is: how can we grant or contract the right to use web-site conception to our foreign partners: we have costumers in USA, Russia, EU.

Is there are any web resources to be referred to,or can anybody send us sample copyright contracts used in USA and EU?
