I am currently writing a dissertation on exhaustion of rights in relation to both european and us law -- I am particularly interested in whether US law recognises a principle of international exhaustion of rights -- in particular in relation to trade marks and whether the same principles apply as the Supreme Court has applied in copyright cases -- does the Lanham Act have anything to say on this -- I am interested in any good articles or cases on this matter please reply to me on gasqueton[_at_]hotmail.com or GasquetonM[_at_]cardiff.ac.uk

thankyou
