how is this intrinsically different from a student sharing (compensated or not) his or her notes with a student who was not able to attend class or who was unable to take notes? (proving that the notes on a website were taken by a particular individual would be hard to do, particularly if the posted notes are compiled from several students note-taking and everyone involved keeps silent as to who did what.)
