Well, let's see. Assume it's a lease for say, a landlord client and the enterprising fellow starts selling it with full puff and ceremony on the internet giving full attribution to the atty but with no disclaimers. As an attorney I would hope that my rights, responsibilities and attendant liability regarding that document, without more, stopped with the client.
