It's going to the states at this point. At least two states are having discussions that will soon become legislative action in the form of bills that would implement UCITA in that state.

We are attempting to keep track of state actions at:

  http://www.cpsr.org/program/UCITA/ucitastates.html

but with 50 states to follow there's a good chance we'll fall behind. I'd appreciate receiving any info on UCITA action at the state level.
